Office Manager (HBO) – Maastricht

Working for an international agricultural company in Maastricht? We are looking for an all-round and very structured Office Manager. This is a new function within this organization!

- Checking and preparing accounts;
- Arranging all secretary tasks, for example hotels and taxis;
- You receive all the guests at the office;
- Preparing financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable;
- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team;
- Controlling income and expenditure - invoices recording, follow up;
- Processing business expenses;
- Reporting on debtors and creditors;
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements;
- Analyzing costs reports, preparing excel sheets;
- Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source;
- Working with the sales team for cost calculations and budgeting;
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis;
- Negotiating / arranging financial terms, for business deals with customers and suppliers;
- Assisting in preparation of reports, assessments and tax reviews.

Functie-eisen

- Degree in business administration or simular area of studies;
- Knowledge of finance;
- English - good professional business level;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Discretion;
- A real multitasker;
- Organized and methodical approach;
- Excel skills.

- This is a long-term position where the company offers you a contract.
